Hi there, I have been on Medroxyprogesterone (40 mg) for the past 7 years to suppress ovulation which was causing extreme pelvic pain (not endometriosis, though). My husband and I are now trying for children. I have been come off the pill slowly and now have been completely off for 1 month. I had some initial twinges of pain but so far have not ovulated. The hope is that I get pregnant before I routinely begin to ovulate (and am put in pain again). So far the only changes have been to my mood (very moody) and my skin (small acne breakouts) Can you give me your thoughts on when I will ovulate next?
