(trying to conceive) Cycle started on expected date, only light flow. The 2nd day cycle stopped with only spotting. The third day only wiping brownish old blood. Breasts are sore. Could this mean that Im pregnant?

Yes it could mean that. You may want to wait another one or even two weeks and try a pregnancy test
