My baby's daddy and I were together for 3yrs and he wanted a baby so I finally agreed I have 3 more children the youngest being 9. We split up when the baby was 3months old as he met a young girl at work, now he is with someone his own age and she has 4children, he's recently bought a house and extended it singer and her family can move in! I feel so angry and upset she basically will be living the life I should have been living. I need some positive advice as I am heartbroken been split for 3 yrs and he has been with his latest woman and her kids for a year and doesn't want to know our son,who is 3. he say he can't afford to pay for him and hardly wants to see him, at the end of my teather, please help

Child support through the courts is where you start. Making better choices is the second order of business.

I really don't mean to sound harsh, but why did you go along with this fellow who probably promised the moon? For sure being jealous and frustrated is not the answer, as you seem to have played a major role in this crappy situation too!

he say he can't afford to pay for him and hardly wants to see him,

What he says doesn't matter. You should have gone to court as soon as you split and filed for child support. Do so immediately.

Take him to Court - the Court will order child support (and probably set a visitation schedule).

As far as her living the life you should be living - there is no legal cure for that.
