Replaced Thermal fuse and electric control unit after dishwasher would not start. Ran just rinse cycle and it was o k. Ran quick wash over night and found in morning dishwasher did not empty and clean light is flashing.

They are all very similar. Why did you replace these parts? How did you test them? Have you checked the temperature thermistor? If it's bad it will cause those symptoms as will a bad water pump, inlet valve, heating element, or control board.
