Fan does not work, low votage in light package and won't light bulbs. There are six cables coming into the wall switch box, one of the cables has a black and red, the others have a black and white. All whites are tied together, all blacks and the red are tied together. Black is on the hot side of the switch and black return to other blacks on the other side of the switch. I am getiing indication that there is power to the fan and the light package. I suspect the voltage is to low. Would this effect the operation of the fan. Other fans in the house work OK.
