I have a feeling thiis girrl liked me since the first day she saw me but last year in the fall I asked her out and she kept saying no so I gave up on her so didn't say a word to her from dec to juune then summer came along and sshe wanted me to ask hher out again and I didn't I thought it was because of school so last fall to this spring id say some pretty obvious things to her that she had to know I liked her and she just take it and go along with it but then I ask her out she turned me down again and her friends went from being rude to to being really nice to me she could be in summer classes all her friends are doing but why does she turn me down because of school?

This would be a lot easier to read if you'd use a few periods and commas. Nothing but run on sentences.
If I understand correctly, you kept asking this girl but and she said no and you left her alone.
What made you think she wanted you to ask her out again?

So from Fall to Spring you did nothing and when you finally did, she said no. Is that correct?
Maybe she is a flirt. I don't know. Why don't you ask her?
