I have a Goodman heat pump just 3 yrs old. I am really disappointed in it. First it was not heating, it would run but temp will not go over 62 degree. Technician after several visits & almost 2 months bills avg $ 900-700, found out that there was a pin whole leak. It worked OK for about 18 months, now it is doiing same with cooling, running but not cooling past 77 degrees. Please help.
