I Have a 350 GB Seagate harddisk , It was working fine on the PC , One day when I connected no light was glowing , no icon displayed and it vibrates for 2 minutes but does not get connected to PC . Please HElp

Sounds like it's had it, dead drive.
Have you tried a different USB port as that maybe the issue.
