Ive been having pains in my uterus and ovaries for the past 2weeks
All my symptoms are:
1. Stabbing and cramping in my uterus
2. Stabbing on letf side
3. Numb feeling when I lay at night
4. Very bloated
5. Gas
6. When I suck in it feels tight
7. Burning when I pee and peeing a lot.
Im on mirena and I had unprotected sex 3weeks ago. I just now started to not get my periods anymore its been like this for a month, so I don't know when my period comes. Im 16. Also pregnancy test don't work cause of my thyroid... What is this pain?

I would visit your GP or a doctor immediately, ideally the one that performed you coil implantation.

Your symptoms and circumstance seems to indicate a hormone imbalance and disruption from the coil. These side effects are common in chemical contraception of all types. Ovarian pain could be caused by ovarian cysts which can result in complications. However, pain in the ovaries can suggest other problems, so don't worry too much, cysts are not as common.

By the severity of your symptoms I would guess relatively severe side effects from the coils hormones and would see a doctor or GP immediately to determine whether it is or nt. If so the coil should be removed.
