I just turned thirty. I'm good looking, and I'm a graduate student that works at a restaurant and a part time soldier. There is a patron (customer) that comes into my restaurant. Every time she comes in I have a 100% photographic memory of what she orders. On top of that, I always buy her a drink or two when she comes in. She appreciates me, and she smiles at me. A few times in the past I think it was obvious that I acted nervous around her. I once asked her if she was on Facebook, but she said her Facebook was private and she would request my friendship. My intention was to ask her out, but I panicked and thought Facebook would be an ease in request. She never did, but she did sit in my section a week later. As always I gave her special attention. I sometimes see her look at me from a distance. I can't figure out if this is because she likes me or likes me as a waiter. Her smiles are genuine, and believe me when I say that I've given her special attention. On DJ night, I would go to the DJ and play her favorite Michael Jackson. I think of myself as like a 7 and her as a 9. She is a little younger than me, but she is slightly more successful than me. I want to know how I should approach getting her number of giving her mine. I am so interested in her, but I'm so fearful of rejection. I almost want to be her friend first and have her get to know me outside of my restaurant job. Please give me your best and honest feedback.
