My contractor left the job before finished... as did the Plumber, since he was working under the Contractor's job.

He left me with many unfinished items... laundry sink not hooked up, as well as the utility sink, I had purchased for the island.

There is electrical wiring in the floor (for plugs) and there is a pipe (white, about. 2-3 in in diameter) in the floor. I am concerned about it... because it is still open!

I have it covered with something (a container) just because I'm not sure what it is exposed to? I think this is the drain pipe for the water, to go to the septic, but I'm not sure.

Couldn't this be dangerous, or unsanitary? In the beginning, I could hear the toilet when flushed, but, I don't hear it anymore!

What do you think about this? Plus, the other one in the laundry room is the same way.

Thanks for your help!
