With a 6 day interval there is no record of EtG ever being detected regardless of amount consumed.

In all likelihood you would still be clear in the 90 hour range. Very few people fail at that time range but there is a record of a few. Time is your best friend with this test.

Ok does exercising and sweating really help

Whether physical exertion is helpful in accelerating EtG elimination has never been tested. Sweating, while helpful in alcohol elimination would not be of any value in EtG clearance. EtG is not known to be excreted via sweat glands while alcohol is.
