Good morning, I was wondering what to do about the lack of hot water pressure? The cold water is fine but when I turn the tap towards hot, it slows right down to a trickle. This has happened a few times now but never lasting more than a day or two. Now it's been like this since Sunday. Pain in the a** when trying to fill the tub twice a night for the kids :( Our water tank is only 4 years old. Could it have build up and blockage already? What do I do about it? Is this a job for Enbridge as we are just renting the tank?

Please help as I am beyond frustrated.
Thank you :)

How often do you flush your water heater? How old is the house and what material are the pipes? Sounds like mineral build up's blocking the faucet cartridges. Is this in every hot water tap in the house? Let me know if it's just one or all of them. Back to you, Tom

I have never flushed the water heater, the house is about 18 years old and the pipes are copper. The problem is in ALL the faucets throughout the house.
