I am prescribed adderall by doctor (2) 20mg per day. I have been taking 3 per day will it show that on a urine test? Or will it state positive for amphetamine. The urine test is not given by my doctor.

The test should show positive for amphetamine and can even quantify the level (though not necessarily).

However, due to variance in individual metabolism and time of dosage being unknown the level of amphetamine in your system, i.e. the difference between 2 or 3 pills daily would be meaningless in interpreting the results even if the test is confirmed and quantified. In other words the amount would be considered within therapeutic range.
