I was 2 weeks late on getting my period. I have had my IUD for almost a year. I was at work yesterday and I became very light headed and naceous. I went to the bathroom and blood was running down my leg. I left work and came home. Before I took a shower I put a tampon in. I was in the shower for about 15 minutes. After I got out I had to already change the tampon. I have been bleeding severely since yesterday. A lot of clots. I have very very bad pain in my abdomen and around my c-section incision. It seems to get worse when I am standning. I am not sure what to do. What can I do?
