What kind of unit? And where is the Unit located...

Sorry, it is a Condo unit located in NYC

OK.. that needed clarified because Condo units in NYC aren't exactly treated like Condos in the rest of the country (to my understanding)... Someone familiar with the Nuances of that will answer.
