Hi! I have a 12 yo son. I was 15yo then and the father was 16yo. We lived together for 6 years but ever since then he did not support our kid. After 6 years of living together we parted ways because of indifferences. Then he got married legally and has a child and so as I am. I'm living with a partner and has a chils but the problem is the father of my son never gets bother to even see his son and never give any financial support although he is working right now. I'm the one who's providing all his needs with the help of my partner and my mom. We never got married but the father signed in our son's Birth Certificate. Can I press charges like asking for CHILS SUPPORT?
