Film search,

I cannot find the anser to this question and I just joined askme,

I saw an old move onc, but I cannot remember when mayb the 70's or 80's.

It was a foreign movie I think with subtitles.

I only have a sketchy idea about most of it.

There was a man that was stiched up for a crime and he afterwards sought revenge for who stiched him up.

But this I remember vividly-:

The man that helped stich him up he grabbed his hand cut a blade around his hand pulled the skin off his hand and said "if anyone asks say you fell over"
