My husband has the house in his name on it. We been marriage for 11years and we have 2 kids together. I been a at home mother for the last 10 years. I don't have anything in my name. The only thing I want is our house will I get it when we get a divorce and will he have to pay child suppot and spousal support. Been going thought hell with him telling me that this is his house everday. Thanks

First, what is the country and state.
But in general a spouse who owns a house cannot evict a spouse.
What you get in the divorce is determined by possible prior agreement between spouses, the 2 lawyers, or a mediator, and finally the judge. Judges usually favor the mother and minor children getting the house, even if not always free and clear. Support amounts if any can vary widely.
I wouldn't throw all this in his face. Let your lawyer handle it. And start shopping for one who will be willing to be paid at settlement. Start saving some money secretly too, because you will probably need to pay a retainer.
