My fiancé filed to get the no contact order against me lifted. The state prosecutor ok'd it. The victim advocate ok'd it. The judge just has not ok'd it. My question is can we still get married in another state while the protection order is in place?

Yes, if you meet that state' s residency requirements, if any. Or you could get married where you are. You do understand that orders of protection can be ignored by mutual agreement between the person ordered to keep away and the person protected? The order isn't going to enforce itself.
