I have a 15 and a 16 year old who woul dlike to get a summer job, my question is will this affect their court order mandated child support received from their father? Can they work and receive child support?

The child does not "receive" child support, the parent or guardian receives the support to pay for housing, food, electric , and other costs.

And yes unless your child support order has something in it, ( and I have never seen it) the child may work part time and it does not effect the CS
