I'm not really sure if it was supposed to be a movie but I assume it was. I saw this about a year or two ago. I remember towards the beginning of it the murderer (who could not be seen because it was not known who he was) said "We were only 12 at the time, no one would have suspected us." That talking about how they killed a man by making him go off the road. Their plan was to go around to every town around them and kill someone, I think.
The main part of the movie was about a little boy who disappeared after what I believe was a hockey game. He was waiting outside of the building for his parents when a truck pulled up and took him. I think it was a man and a women who went on the search for him. I remember them asking an older man who had a glass where he had been at the time. They suspected him the most but they later found out it was a cop who took the kid.
This movie was pretty long and I don't remember much of it. I think it was the type of movie that shows up on TV once or twice and then never again. I hope this description is enough.
