Okay me and a friend got into a small but funny disagreement earlier and now I am curious!
I may be wrong but I think I am right ( somewhat ) Okay here goes :)
Okay he went through a stage when he was younger about male experimenting before he had sex with a female. He had sex with a male once. So did he lose his virginity when he had sex with a male or not??
I said he lost his virginity with the male not his girlfriend. He said he lost it with his girlfriend. Because it was his first vaginal sex??

He lost it when he had sex with the male.
Sex is sex. You don't get TWO virgin cards, one for men and one for women.

I said the same thing but he said if that's the case and a male sticks his penis in an orange he lost his virginity to an orange... Basically any kind of penetration on an object. He also said if putting it in a anus then it means the same as putting it in "a" mouth. The object of losing your virginity is putting it in a "hole" no matter what kind of hole it is. Intercourse... to enter something.
I highly disagree with that as you can tell.
He had sexual intercourse with a "Person" period. Therefore he lost it with his very first sexual partner rather male or female... right??

Ask him how gay men lose their virginity if they never get close to a vagina, then. Are all gay men virgins, then?
If he had sex with a person, he is NOT a virgin.

Again I said the same thing but he went on and on about you cannot cancel out one for the others. You cannot say the mouth is different from the vagina and turn around and say the anus is "same" as the vagina. His words not mine. Also he said if any contact with a hole means virginity lost than he agrees and accepts he lost it, but you can't say oral is different from anal but anal is equal to vaginal when all three are different parts of the anatomy. He said it goes the same for hand jobs etc either all or one.
But I agree with you. First person he had sex with no matter what type is what he lost it to.

And many people consider virginity a moral state, so that oral sex would mean virginity has been lost.

I'm just completely lost on it now. So many people are going to have different opinions. I believe he lost it to the male.

Sexual penetration (below the waist?) means no more virginity.

It sounds like your friend is enjoying the argument more than wanting to find out the truth.

LOL I agree. And he also believes we don't know what we are talking about or he just don't to admit he lost his virginity to a male.

First question is does it matter? Except for a pride point maybe.
There was definition that said that virginity was lost when penetrated by a penis. Suggesting that either virginity doesn't really apply to men, or most men die 'virgins'.
Though there is also the old say, "No one dies a virgin life f**ks us all."
There is also the believe that virginity is a Hymen thing only. There are some girls that will take it up the pooper so that they can marry a 'virgin'.
Though I think that is all bull. You're buddy lost it to the guy.

I thought of that also being men don't have the breakage thing us women do so I went on to tell him or ask him who was the first person you had sexual intercourse with not sexual activities. So all in all I can safely say as you all did... "He lost it to the guy".
Thank you everyone :)

Any sex is sex. Here's my point of view. If you've had oral sex, you're no longer a virgin. If you've had anal sex, you're no longer a virgin. If you had sex with someone of the same gender, you're no longer a virgin. If you're female and your hymen is intact, but you've had a penis in every other cavity, you're not a virgin.
Bill Clinton had oral sex and then told the world that it wasn't sex. Guess what, the world disagreed. If it isn't sex, why do they call it oral sex? Why is it called anal sex? Because it's sex.
Your buddy is just ashamed. Also, I'm betting that he's just not ready to come out of the closet, which is why he's fighting this so vehemently. No straight guy has sex with another guy, even if they're just "experimenting". But no, he didn't lose his virginity to his girlfriend, he lost it to the guy. Sex is sex, like it or not.
As for the orange. An orange isn't alive. A human being is. So he can do whatever he wants to the orange. I doubt anyone would say he lost his virginity to the orange. I'm sure they'd say a few other things, but he'd be safe as far as virginity went. The fact is, he didn't have sex with an orange. He had sex with another human being, and giving, or receiving, he lost his virginity then.
