I saw this movie about a young couple (from europe I think) that wins a trip to South Africa... and they're really excited because they're poor and didn't have the chance to celebrate their honeymoon... so they decide to go... but when they get there they are abducted by a group of doctors who are involved in organ trafficking... but a group of local african people help the girl (wife) rescue the guy (husband)... I think this movie is german or at least european but I'm not sure... could you please tell me what's the name of this movie?
