My boyfriend and I tried to have sex (we're both virgins) for the first time exactly a week ago. It was extremely painful so after about 5 minutes he pulled out, he wasn't completely hard and he didn't in me. My period is due today. All this week I have been having my normal pms symptoms including: constant mild cramping, tiredness, mood swings. However now there is a pain in my left ovary, which started yesterday, a rumbling feeling in my lower abdomen (I assume is gas?) I've been very gassy and I kind of have diarrhea now. I'm having the normal cramping that I usually have before my period. I don't feel nauseous or anything like that. What's wrong with me?
