I loved watching this movie as a kid. But now I can only remember bits and pieces of it. Its had a boy and girl in there teens, some evil monkeys/gorilla with wings, a factory (pink), goat carts I believe or something like bumper cars in it. Boy was in the monkey/gorilla jail, girl crashed in movie I can't remember if into a pile of snow or a tree with snow.
