My boyfreind is on parole with the feds he has 8mo left he had a dirty drug test before and spent 30 day in jail he has a job and are doing positive thing he went to court to day for a dirty drug test what will happen.

A dirty test does not show he is doing things positive except being positive for drugs. Of course you did not say what type of drugs.

But if he did 30 days last time, most likely will do at least that much, or could end up doing the rest of the 8 months time.
