A baby boy is born to me on 31st of March, this month. It was by Ceaserian operation. The child was in reverse position in my womb. I take normal diet. Nothing new, no precautions and nothing else. Can medical experts suggest me what are the 'dos and donts' and moreover, I do not want to gain weight, and want to remain slim, as I have been before the delivery. This is my second child. I had a girl-child, who is around 4 and half years old, and after her 'normal' birth, I gained a little fat, but still looked smart and slim. Now I want to shed all extra fat, and want to look as dashing and beautious, as I was before. Suggest the walk, exercise, diet and medicine. Also suggest me what should I do to get beautier and more wonderful hair. My hair is already nice but want it nicer. Suggest some good haircut, if I need (after the child-birth). If there are any more advices, I shall welcome. I shall be grateful. All replies will be 'appreciated' with greenies.

Hi Kahani conratulations on your son! It sounds as if you already have a good plan - exercise and eating properly, but do you plan on nursing him? I nursed my son, and really believe that had a lot to do with how quickly I lost my pregnancy weight!

The person to be asking is your OB. The haircut was addressed about 2 months ago - https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/beauty/suggest-appropriate-haircut-641733.html

I do note that March 31st is not this month so that part is confusing.
