I have a trane unit that I have recently replaced my old weathertron baystat240 themostat with a honeywell RTH6350. My problem is that the fan keeps running even after the thermostat has reached the proper temperature. This is how I have the thermostat wired:
R-R^Rc
T-tape off
O-O/B
G-G
Y-Y
X2-E
B-tape off
W-Aux
Need to set the functions

How did the old thermostat wire? It helps in knowing what is needed with the new t-stat.
