Every time I run the garbage disposal ,it pukes the garbage into the opposite sink... plumbed and drain pipes are installed correctly as far as I can tell... Now I am no dummy by a long shot but can't figure this one out . Can you help?

You're drain line's clogged and the table in your disposal is acting as a pumps impeller. The blockage will most likely be found in the horizontal line in the wall.
Remove the trap and send a snake up into the wall. You'll hit a elbo about 8 inches in but once past that you only have to put out 6 foot more. Good luck, Tom
