Not really... not unless you have court awarded custody... he's the father and has the same rights you do. He could even go to court ask for and get full custody if he wished.

However, if he does do this, you CAN go to court, file for custody and make sure it is known that he kept your child from you. Its not against the law. But it looks bad on him.

Do yourself a favor and go in for a custody arrangement and child support arrangement NOW instead of waiting.
