Hi looking for suggestions on healing an anal fissure for a quadriplegic.
Pain is terrible am
Eat a high fiber diet
Drink tons of water this came out of nowhere.
Can't do sitz baths.
Bowel programs are scheduled.

You would think I wouldn't feel the pain due to the paralysis but I do OUCH!
