Has your puppy been recently vaccinated, like in the last day or so? The symptoms could be due to that

Usually when a dogs gums aren't as pink its due to dehydration

I would ring the vet describing the symptoms and if there is any cause for concern

Lots of things to consider, you say puppy, how old?
Has the puppy been vaccinated? Dewormed?
How long has this been going on?
How big is your pup?
You've given us very little to go on.
But off the bat I would say if your puppy is not eating and her gums are pale then she need to see a vet.
Pale gums can be an indicator of anemia or poor oxygenation.
Pups have little or no reserve to fight disease or infection and not eating suggests that there is something wrong and she doesn't feel well.
Best to get her to the vet.

COuld be worms, dogs that are dehyrdated sometimes get a greyish, pale coloured gum, have you deowrmed? How old and is the pup up to date with parvo vaccines?
