My son has a baby (the girl said the baby was dead and put a different name on the birthcertificate that is not my son ) yet the couple adopting the child are asking my son to sing over his rights 1. how he has not been established as the father 2. Birth mothers lie about the real father all the time - at least if the posts on this forum are representative. Does he want to terminate his paternal rights in order to allow the adoption? If so, what's stopping him?
