After my dream weird things happened

So I had this weird dream that I was a spirit going around killing people but when I got to work I started seeing things off to the side of my sight but when I would look it was gone then I started to hear wislering and seeing apperations floating right in front of me and things on the table moved closer to me and when I got home I seen a shadow walk threw the hallway. I have had strange thing happen but not this durastic

Is there anything you can think of that may have triggered this? Have you playd around with any aspect of the occult before? If you are being honest in your description, you are probably going to have to get help from somebody in the church... is that something you are open to?
