You can barely even tell I have dyed my hair, besides the top of my head. My hair basically looks like it did before I dyed it. I want to dye it again. Im kind of impatient and wanted to asap. So how long do I have to wait before I can dye my hair again?

Six weeks.

I wanted to ombré my hair, then later I had to bleach the bottom tips.. They didn't turn the color I wanted it to be. It actually turned orange/blond-ish. The next day, I bought ash blonde hair dye and tried dying my bottom tips, but didn't really make a difference! I heard if you keep dying your hair and bleaching, it'll end up turning into a ashy color. You should probably wait for 3-4 weeks to re-dye your hair. You need the oils from your roots to come out so your hair can become a little more healthier than when you dyed and bleached it. Goodluck! :)
