I think a spirit is following me because for the last week I have been feeling like someone is watching me/following me. Every time I sleep I see this little girl she looks about ten en she's wairing I white knee lengh dress and small black boots and long black hair. She also has blood dripping for her hart and face. I also see her in the day standing watching me. I have even tried sleeping at my boy friends and I was sitting watching TV with him and I saw her in his mirror. He knows about this and what happens. Because I am only 13 this is freaking me out and I don't know what to do please can anyone help me xx <3

First of all it concerns me that a 13 year old is sleeping over at her boyfriends house. Why are either sets of parents OK with this?

Anyway... have you told a parent about this yet, because that is where it needs to start. Are you into anything that may have invited a spirit into your life? Or did this just start happening for no reason?

Well I go to his house after school and he nows that I've not been sleeping much so he told me to try when I'm there because then if anything dose happen he's there for me. And I have tried talking to my perants but they don't beleve me and they don't surport me much as I'm not close to them at all as we aurgue a lot. But anyway I cannt thing of why she's there ? X

Despite popular belief, she's not looking for a way to move onto the next life or in need of any kind of help. This is not the actual spirit of the little girl. Something may have happened in real life... an accident or possibly a murder... this type of manifestation is a way for the spirit to take pride in that death. Many times spirits use this type of haunting as a way to gain sympathy... easily allowing it to move further into an individual's life.

You are at a tricky age... you are still under your parents authority and too young to do much about it yourself. Dealing with spirits often takes a level of maturity that most teens and pre-teens do not have. You need prayer for this. You need to talk to a church. However, make sure your parents are aware of what you are doing... they have a right to know whether they believe you or not.

I've done everyhting you have said I think she is going now as I haven't seen her or had that feeling she's watching for a week now thank you for all you help xx

You've done everything I said? You've been to church and talked with someone? I hope that is true... even though I just posted that yesterday. Keep us updated!

I haven't been to the chruch but I did every thing you said the first time but if I think she's gone should I leave it of try en find out more ? Xx

Can I ask.. what exactly did you do? Because the only thing I told you to do was to contact a church with your parents permission...

I spoke to someone about but anyway you no how I said I think she was gone well she wasn't she's come back worse ( this time she's talking to us en trying to control us ) xx

Well, seeing that you didn't do anything that I told you to do... maybe you should try it now? This is not something you can handle of your own.

My m8s mum said she'll help us because she deals with all that xx
