The first thing you must do is to unplug the unit and remove the front kickplate and the rear cover. Then spray down the coils with a good spray soap like "409," Fantastic," or "Simple Green." After that wash off coils with sprayer on water hose and vacuum up with wet - vac. Make sure to slide out drain pan and clean it, too. When the coils get dirty it will not make ice because it cannot get cold enough to harvest ice. Secondly, check the water solenoid for the ice maker. There are two that you will see when you clean it: the water dispenser and the ice maker solenoid. Check these with an ohm meter by unplugging the wires from them and putting a lead on each terminal. You should read about 3000 ohms on each one. If any one reads infinity it's bad. Attached are files to help you: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8010163/Ice%20Maker%20Service%20Manual.pdf
