I am studying in the UK and my visa will expire within 7 months. I am Non-EU resident. My boyfriend is American but he's been living in the UK for more than 20years. As my Visa is expiring he asked me to get married to him. Now can he apply for me to live in the UK and get the right to work although he is an American citizen?
