[B]securing my mobile home title after paying the loan off in full and all taxes:

I live in a mobile home park moved in my mh November 2008 started making payments after being approved for a loan plus I gave a down payment paid everything in full November 2011 it is now may of 2012 and still no title I have been waiting 6 months I'm in Illinois when I first called them concerning the title around 2 months after paying them off they said they were waiting for me to pay my taxes I told them that my taxes are paid the run around I checked back a month or two later and talked with the title section of the company and they said they would call me back no return call so far, I called the local DMV and they they checked an said the title was still in the companys name not mine an referred me to the sectary of state police who sent me complaint papers to fill out an return I work hard an pay my taxes an consider myself a good senior citizen of this community I would appreciate any input from my fellow Americans are friends.

So pursue the case with the police. Assuming you have documentation that you purchased the home and paid in full, then this is fraud and a criminal act.
