Have you contacted several colleges there and discussed this.

There is a programme called about-erasmus - british council - erasmus (http://www.britishcouncil.org/erasmus-about-erasmus.htm) that runs inter university in the UK not sure where you are but there must be something similar. Talk to the university where you did your BA they should know.
