My ex left almost 4 months ago after hitting our oldest son and causing physical and emotional injuries on him. We were granted a temporary restraining order that prohibited him from having any communications with us. We went back to court about 2 1/2 weeks ago and we agreed that in order for him to have visitation with our oldest he needed to attend counseling and a parenting class and for him to have supervised visitation with our youngest he had to attend a parenting class. Child Support was awarded along with back support being approved. He had about 4 weeks to come up with the back support and then has to pay the future supports on time every month.

Well as of today, he has made contact about the kids only one time via text for me to give our youngest one a kiss and to tell both of our kids that he loves them. No other attempted contact has been made with either of them since he left almost 4 1/2 months ago.

What are my options on how I can strip him of all rights of our kids

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

However, if you read the thread you posted to, you are unlikely to strip him of his rights. He isn't exercising those rights so why bother? He was ordered to take classes. At some point he may do so and earn the right to be a father again.

I am curious about one point. You said he was ordered to pay back support. I assume you meant back to when you first filed in court.
