My machine is giving me a scanner error 2. What does that mean and how can i repair it.I did get a quote before but misplaced it. I was told that I have to replace the scanner assembly board.

So you have an all in one machine. Yes, the scanner portion isn't working. I would check the cost of new machines versus the cost of repair.
