Who are you sending it to, people to clean their homes, small business, large business.

You would want to include things about your license, insurance, bonding if you are. Include details about why your service is better, do you have newer equipment, better trained workers,

I like what Chuck has said. I would add; think about what the prospects want. If you were the prospect what would you be looking for in a cleaning company?

Consistency?

Good pricing?

Dependability?

Security?

Good knowledge of the business?

New ideas to save time and money?

Detail cleaning?

Communication?

Consider some of these and any other items that you may think of. Then offer them as solutions in your intro letter.
