Nasty burnt electric taste in drinking water.
Our hot tap wouldn't work in the kitchen sink but upstairs was working fine it seemed like a pressure problem? A plumber came out changed the taps and valve n pipe under the sink he forgot to turn the main stop tap back on and we tried upstairs taps later and they weren't working just a slow trickle but downstairs was we continued to use hot water downstairs and noticed the boiler was hot to touch (combi) we eventually noticed he hadn't turned the stop tap back on. The pressure then through all taps were fine however now we have a nasty taste of burnt electric in the water what do we do and is this harmful?
