They arrived at your due date from the first day of your last period. However, if you only had sex on Feb. 6, and no time after that, than you are further along than suspected. What you thought was a period on the 19th would have been bleeding in early pregnancy, which can happen. Many times women will mistake early pregnancy bleeding for a period.
Have you had any ultrasounds? If so, when was the last one and how many weeks gestation did it put you at?

When I went to get an ultra sound done in march on the 25th after I missed my period that was suppose to come on the 17 of march they told me I was 5 weeks but at that time they could not even see the baby and when I went back I was 9 weeks I'm really confused as on how this is possible. In feb I had a real regular period, but if I'm further along wouldn't this mean they would have seen the baby?

OK so I had sex feb6th the day I ovulated and my boyfriend came inside of me then I had a regular period on feb19 then on march1st I had sex for about 5 minutes with a guy friend of mines and he pulled out because I felt bad he didn't come or anything... then I missed my period on march 17 and when I went to the doctor on the 25th of march and they said I was about 5 weeks pregnant but could not even see the baby yet... how is this possible did I get pregnant in feb and still had a period I know people that actually had a real period and was still pregnant I'm confused because I don't know who the dad is the other guy didn't even ejaculate inside of me and didn't come at all

In your other post, you said you had sex with someone March 1. If you had an ultrasound on March 25 and it showed you were about 5 weeks, then you couldn't have been pregnant from your boyfriend at the beginning of Feb. You would have been further along and more would have been seen on the ultrasound. At 5 weeks, very little is seen... usually just a gestational sac and yolk sac. Baby would not be seen yet.
Did you have a second ultrasound that showed 9 weeks? Where does the 9 weeks come from? By 9 weeks, baby can be measured.

From my OB wheel, using your due date, it appears you conceived on or around March 4.

Some women will have what they believe is a period when pregnant, but technically you can not have a period when pregnant. Early bleeding can occur about the time a normal period might be expected, and this leads some women to not realize that they are pregnant or to think they are still having periods when pregnant.

Es when I went back to the doctor to make sure there really was a baby it was around my nine week time from the 5 weeks. So this means I got pregnant how if they guy did not inside of me?

Early fluids always have sperm in them--and for FIVE minutes??

If he only did it for one minute, it only takes one sperm, and there are plenty in the early fluids, so he does not have to "inside you" since he is doing a little all along without the large last release.
So yes from all of your info, it appears it was this other guy.
The only way to be for sure of course will be a DNA test when the baby is born.

The withdrawal method does not always work well, and this is an example of that. While some studies have shown that no, or limited amounts, of sperm may be present in the fluid produced for lubrication, this does not mean that there can not be some drawn into it. Some men will not be able to pull back in time (often without realizing it), some will lie about not having started an ejaculation, many will pull out... ejaculate... and re-enter thinking all the sperm have been removed, but this is one of the biggest reasons for its failure as a birth control method.
When used correctly, it can be fairly good, but it is not one of the most reliable methods of birth control due to human error/misjudgement.
