Now after 6 years he wants to see his son. He has never paid child support, And has been in and out of jail. She never went to court for full custody. Now we are worried that he will come and take him. Her son never met him. Can he just come and take him when ever he wants?

What does that have to do with your Bank account being frozen anyway?
