How much time in prison would a minor serve for violation of probation with a past charge of assault with deadly weapon in the state of Texas?

Hello M:

It's not as if there's a book that we can consult.. There isn't. In fact, there's hundreds of different factors that go into sentencing, and we know a couple. Besides, the time he'll serve ISN'T written in stone, either. That means you can positively affect the outcome by hiring a very good lawyer.

You say a "minor" are they 16 and under ? How old are they. Are there new charges and crimes ?

Most "minors" do not go to prison, they do to a YOUTH Detention Center ( I call kiddy prison)
Some 17 year old who were sentenced at 17 are often tried in adult court lately.
Some younger kids are serious crimes are sometimes tried as adults but often still housed in Juv detention till they are 18.

Need more info

He is 15, there are no new charges nor crimes. He has probation until he is 19, his probation officer told him that if he got in trouble again at school he would serve the rest of his probation time in TYC (Texas Youth Commission)
