I have a split uterus, so it is always tough to tell if I am pregnant, as I can still get normal periods, and have before.

Right now, I have extremely swollen breasts, with visible blue veins. I've had this for about 3-4 months now. The past few days, I've been getting suddenly sick. But as soon as I throw up, I feel fine. I've been moody and exhuasted these past few months.
Now today, my uterus is VERY hard to the touch, and I'm getting horrible cramping thatis gradually getting worse. Its hard for me to bend over or sit up. Ive also been getting hot flashes all day, and loss of appetite today.

Should I go to the hospital? What could it be? Could I be 4 months pregnant? I've felt it, but never tested or anything.
