I had my Best Friend for over 30 Years be evicted, and no where to go. She is married, and has a 10 Year old Son. Since she and her family have moved in, it has cause extreme havoc and they need to go. I don't know how to tell them to leave my house other than to give them a dead line. I know it sounds harsh, but it has caused so much stress with my Family. I want the best for her, but she is a drug addict, and she needs to go with her family! PLEASE help me!!

First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.
However, the answer to your problem was in that other thread. She has to be evicted again. When you open your home to someone to come live, you let them become a resident. If you just throw them out you could be sued for an illegal eviction. So to remove someone you either need to get a restraining order against them forcing them out or give them a 30 day notice to vacate. If they fail to leave by the deadline, then you have to go to court for an eviction order.
